We design boxes for "standard" IoT development boards for the ESP32 and we have our own larger boards. We also support Arduino Nano and will be happy to quote custom creations for other electronics projects.

No, you can have colors other than Black but it's a popular color for electronic enclosures so that's what we started with. The laser cut boxes are available in unpainted natural wood as well as a large variety of other colors.
